ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata organized Training Programme on “Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015” during February 16-18, 2022

ICAR-National Institute of Natural Fibre Engineering Technology, Kolkata Kolkata organized three days Awareness Training Programme in collaboration with Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA), East Centre on “Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015” during February 16-18, 2022
Dr D. B. Shakyawar, Director ICAR-NINFET in his inaugural address emphasized on the Institute’s quality management policy and the efforts being made to reach to the NABL standard. He also highlighted the need of the training on Quality management system as per ISO 9001:2015 standard for enhancing the Institute’s functional output.
Dr. K. Rajkumar, Director, IRMRA, enumerated the significance of ISO standards for maintaining the organizational quality. He delivered lectures on different clauses of the ISO 9001: 2015 and interacted with the trainees present in online and offline mode.
Mr. Manoj Karkhanis, one of the leading faculties had expressed his satisfaction for the readiness of the institute for paving the path for reaching to the new height of NABL standards.
Twenty-six (26) participants from different ICAR Institutes representing different categories of employees, viz. Scientists, Technical officers, Administrative staffswere participated in the programme through online and offline mode.
Dr. Deb Prasad Ray, Nodal Officer, HRDCell congratulated the entire team for executing the programme successfully and enunciated the present and future planning of the institute towards the Human Resource Developments.
The programme was coordinated jointly by Dr. Avijit Das, Principal Scientist, Dr. Deb Prasad Ray, Principal Scientist of ICAR-NINFET and Dr. Debdipta Basu, Programme Coordinator from IRMRA.
